Not every property has a problem, but the only way you can be sure is to have a professional inspector evaluate the property.  AIM makes sure our clients know exactly what the condition of the property is so they can make educated decisions.

The Inspection is an unbiased, professional assessment of the condition. It provides you an expert opinion and professional report on the condition of the physical structure and various systems on the property.

A residential home inspection process typically takes anywhere from 2 to 4 hours depending on the square footage and condition of the property.  Commercial inspections take from 2 to 5 business days depending on square footage and if specialized contractors are needed.  If there are signs of pests, you will be referred to a licensed pest control company to have the situation taken care of. 

We strongly encourage our clients to be present during the inspection. This will give you a chance to ask questions and become familiar with the systems of the property under review.

The full inspection report will be reviewed with the client on-site and available on-line the same day that the inspection is performed.  This is typically transmitted through email.
